The Forgotten Garden

Curator’s Note

The Forgotten Garden invites the viewer into a place suspended between memory and imagination.

Beyond the open gate, a quiet path disappears into soft light, while an abandoned book rests upon a weathered bench.

Nothing in the scene suggests urgency or departure.

Instead, there is a sense of gentle stillness, as though time itself has chosen to linger a little longer.

The garden becomes a threshold between what is remembered and what is slowly fading away.

Fallen leaves, filtered light, and silent pathways evoke the fragile beauty of moments that remain with us long after they have passed.

Rather than telling a story, the artwork offers a space for reflection — a place where absence feels peaceful, and where every visitor may imagine their own journey beyond the gate.

Part of the Autumn Collection, this artwork explores memory, quiet wonder, and the enduring poetry of forgotten places.
